A couple of years ago I ran a small fundraiser to get winter jackets for kids who needed them — together we got 200 jackets out the door. It remains one of the best things I've been part of, and the story is still pinned on my X profile (@Gamypto) if you want the full background.

THE BUTTON follows that same spirit, on a larger scale. It's part NFT game, part fundraiser: 20% of every dollar raised goes directly toward relieving a family from a significant amount of debt. The rest powers a community prize pool and covers the basic costs of running the project — all tracked transparently and updated live on the Presale page.

Every NFT mints for a flat $9, paid in ETH. Each one belongs to a rarity tier, which determines how many "tickets" it holds in the final raffle — higher rarity means a bigger share of the odds when the winner is drawn.

Every mint dollar is split three ways, the moment it comes in. These splits are fixed — they don't change based on how the game plays out.

The 70% prize allocation is itself divided into two separate pots at mint:

A 24-hour timer runs constantly. Any holder can press the button at any time — pressing means refunding your NFT for a percentage of its mint price (see the schedule below) and resetting the timer back to 24:00:00.

This creates a natural tension: refunding gives you cash back now and improves the odds for whoever remains, but it shrinks the main pot slightly and keeps the game running. Even in a scenario where 50% of all NFTs are refunded over time, roughly 75% of the original pot remains for the final draw — the refund percentages are deliberately kept modest early on so the pot stays meaningful no matter how the game plays out.

As long as someone keeps pressing before the timer expires, the game continues. The moment it hits zero with no press, the final raffle runs immediately among everyone still holding.

The refund percentage increases by 2% per day, starting at 10% on Day 1 and capping permanently at 50% from Day 21 onward.

The final draw uses Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) — a randomness source that can be independently verified on-chain, so no one (including us) can predict or manipulate the outcome.

Each NFT enters the raffle with a number of "tickets" equal to its rarity weight: a Legendary NFT counts as 4 tickets, Rare as 3, Uncommon as 2, and Common as 1. As NFTs get refunded and burned throughout the game, the total ticket pool shrinks — meaning every remaining ticket represents a larger share of the draw. Holding through to the end, especially with a higher-rarity NFT, gives you the best odds.

The presale is live now and is 100% refundable until mint day — just DM @Gamypto on X, no questions asked. After mint day, the standard refund schedule above applies to everyone, presale buyers included.

Presale is intended for those minting 5 or more NFTs. If you'd rather mint a smaller amount, the upcoming GTD (guaranteed) and FCFS (first-come-first-served) phases will be open to whitelisted wallets at the standard mint price. We will not be over-allocating the GTD phase. We'll also be adding some communities to the FCFS phase before mint.
